I originally purchase my house with Stephen and the process was smooth and easy, so when it came time to sell it I automatically went back to him for help. The sale process was just as smooth as the buying process had been. Stephen put the righ tprice on the home, advised me on how to make it show in the best ways possible, and was there for every step of the way. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you want to buy or sell a home, Stephen is your person!

We worked with Stephen six years ago to buy our first home and he was wonderful to work with, so we went back to him when we were ready to sell. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I would not be in my dream home if not for Stephen Dial. Above and beyond does not even begin to describe Stephen's level of commitment and dedication to his clients.
